Tree Health
Make your trees last a lifetime with Melbourne’s expert tree health and soil specialists.
Trees are long-term assets.
A mature tree that took decades to establish can decline rapidly if the soil conditions, drainage, or root environment aren’t right. By the time visible symptoms appear, significant damage may already be done.
For trees on Significant Tree Registers, under Heritage Overlays, or simply of high amenity value to the communities and landscapes they define, proactive health management is the difference between preservation and loss.
Melbourne Tree Care provides specialist tree health consulting and treatment services for organisations that want to get ahead of decline, protect high-value specimens, and maintain the long-term amenity value of their trees.

Treebiotics Soil Treatment Program
Treebiotics is Melbourne Tree Care’s proprietary liquid soil treatment program, developed from organic elements including fulvic acids and biological inputs, and refined through years of experience across Melbourne’s diverse soil profiles. The formulation delivers targeted biological and nutritional inputs directly to the root zone, improving soil biology, structure, and tree health over time.
Treatment programs are tailored to each site based on soil sampling results and tree health assessments, with the base formulation adjusted where site-specific soil testing identifies particular deficiencies. A standard application covers 800 litres per treatment, with frequency and volume determined by site conditions and treatment objectives.
Nursery Inspections
Independent inspections of tree stock in accordance with AS2303 (Tree Stock for Landscape Use), ensuring trees meet the required standard before they leave the nursery. Relevant for councils, developers, and landscape businesses procuring trees for significant planting projects.
