Arborists working to save endangered Swift Parrot

Here are two articles that detail the decline in the Swift Parrot population and action being undertaken to increase the population by providing them with nesting hollows in the trees. Volunteers from VTIO along with some staff from Melbourne Tree Care are heading down to Tasmania in October to participate in the habitat carvings.
